Celebrated owner, Agostino Sciandri of the famous Ago restaurant with over 40 years of experience in the restaurant industry has aquired Caffe Roma and has appointed Executive Chef and Partner, Piero Topputo to be master-in-command. The powerful duo team have introduced several knockout dishes to brighten up the menu offering Tuscan cuisine and some of Piero's one-of-a-kind Southern Italian dishes that brings a new taste of Italy. The owners have infused a fresh new vibe into the menu offering several knockout original dishes including a bowl of pappardelle with wild boar ragu, fettuccine with summer truffes, spaghetti with sea urchin, and taglioni with scampi bottarga. Piero's favorite includes the orechiette laced with broccoli and pecorino and his plate of homemade cavatelli with rapini, brocoli and mixed seafood. Caffe Roma invokes the fun and casual Italian way of life in it's neighborhood hotspot and has been a Beverly Hills Landmark for several years. At Caffe Roma on Monday's and Tuesday's customers enjoy Jazz music as well as there is a live DJ Wednesday through Saturday to spice things up a bit.
